ITU graduate fellowships
NanoTech Lab in ITU offers fully funded PhD & MS in Electrical Engineering with specialization in RF/ Microwave & Photonics.
ITU offers following three types of fellowships:
1. Pre-Doctoral Fellowship:
This fellowships is offered to all admitted students in Full time PhD at ITU. Stipend, eligibility criteria and apply procedure is as follows
| Stipend: | Each Pre-Doctoral Fellow at ITU will receive PKR 80,000 stipend per month. |
| How to Apply: | All applicants applied for PhD admission at ITU will be considered for this fellowship, Students don’t need to apply for this fellowship separately. |
| Eligibility Criteria: | The eligibility criteria is as follows: 18 years of education (MS/MPhil/equivalent) in Electrical Engineering 70% marks in the annual system, or CGPA of at least 3.0 70% marks in the ITU Graduate Admissions Test |
| Focus Areas: | RF, Microwave and Antenna Engineering Micro/ Nano Sensors for HealthCare Plasmonics & Metamaterials Applied & Computational Electromagnetics III-V Semiconductor Devices Optoelectronics & 2D Materials |

2. Graduate Student Fellowship for MS Students
| Stipend: | Each graduate student fellow at ITU will receive PKR 60,000 stipend per month. |
| How to Apply: | All applicants applied for MS admission at ITU will be considered for this fellowship on merit base, Students don’t need to apply for this fellowship separately. |
| Eligibility Criteria: | The eligibility criteria is as follows: 16 years of education (BS/BSc/equivalent) in Electrical Engineering 60% marks in the annual system, or CGPA of at least 3.0 60% marks in the ITU Graduate Admissions Test |
| Focus Areas: | RF, Microwave and Antenna Engineering Micro/ Nano Sensors for HealthCare Plasmonics & Metamaterials Applied & Computational Electromagnetics III-V Semiconductor Devices Optoelectronics & 2D Materials |

3. HEC Project Based Scholarships for MS Students:
Up to 3 MS scholarships can be given to students on HEC Projects based. the stipend for this scholarship is 15000 PKr.
